If you've been following along, you remember last week, we talked about Women-Owned Business Day. Well, this week, we're featuring the first of our team - Deanne, the mastermind behind Cake Bites!

Deanne is the fearless leader and creative mind of Cake Bites. She took a break from decorating cake balls to take a few minutes to answer some questions!

How long have you been working with Cake Bites? 3 years. I started Cake Bites out my home kitchen and quickly moved to a commercial kitchen. In June 2012, Cake Bites opened its first store front.

Favorite Cake Bite flavor? Chocolate Mint

Tell us about your family! My husband, Jeff, and I have been married for 8 years. We are excited to welcome our first child, Jude, this coming June. Jeff is always a willing guinea pig, testing out all my cake ball experiments!

Any Pets? We have two adorable Sharpei dogs, Ava and Zoey.

Favorite Fun Activity? Spending time with family, cooking, and baking cake balls!

Best part of working at Cake Bites? Helping with people's special occasions and watching their visions come to life! I love being creative with cake ball decoration and love experimenting with new seasonal cake ball flavors!
