Recently a new customer asked me a very good question - how do we do produce so many so quickly?

The biggest thing that helps us pump out our decadent and very consistent quality cake bites and pops is working out of a commercial kitchen. Ninety percent of the time we are at "Perfect Temper Kitchen" in Plano. ( https://perfecttemperkitchen.com/ )

And the rest of the time we work out of "The Cookline" on Spring Creek Parkway. ( https://thecookline.com/ )

We rent these commercial kitchens by the hour, and they accommodate us keeping the room cold while we do chocolate work.

Aside from plenty of room to work and store our supplies, it's the team. We have a terrific cake bites team consisting of 2 bakers/rollers and 2 pastry chef decorators. (Madeline, myself, Nikki, and Amy)
