What are Cake Bites?
Also know as cake balls, Cake Bites are small cake rounds with moist, delicious cake on the inside and a rich milk chocolate or vanilla coating on the outside. Cake Bites are each individually dipped and lovingly decorated by hand, resulting in a delicious and beautiful final product. Cake Pops are Cake Bites with a stick attached.
What size are Cake Bites?
Cake Bites are roughly 1.5 inches in diameter, roughly the size of a golf ball.
How long can I store Cake Bites?
Cake Bites stay fresh for up to one week at room temperature, two weeks in the refrigerator, and two months in the freezer.
Can you customize my Cake Bites order?
Yes, we offer Customized Cake Bites with edible toppers to match a variety of themes. We also dye our own chocolate so we can match any color scheme with our decorations. Find a picture on Pinterest? I have a food allergy, can I still eat your product? Are Cake Bites gluten-free?
Cake Bites contain wheat, soy, and milk products. Some contain nuts and all may have come in contact with nuts. If you have a food allergy, Cake Bites are not recommended. We are proud to carry four gluten-free flavors. While we make every attempt to prevent cross-contamination, if your allergy is severe, we still recommend caution before consuming this product.
Are Cake Bites fully cooked?
Cake Bites are made with fully cooked cakes. They get their moist, doughy texture by mixing the cake with frosting and dipping it in a milk chocolate or vanilla coating, which seals in the moisture.
Do you have a storefront?
We operate out of a private commercial kitchen located in Plano and do not hold regular business hours, however you may walk in and purchase Cake Bites at our retail partner, Poparella's Gourmet Popcorn and Treats located at 8873 Coleman Boulevard, Frisco, Texas, 75034.

You can walk in and purchase Cake Bites 7 days a week at our retail partner, Poparella's Gourmet Popcorn and Treats located at 8873 Coleman Boulevard in Frisco Square. Store hours are as follows:
- Sunday, 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Monday, 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- Tuesday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Thursday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Do you offer consultations and tastings?
Absolutely! We offer consultations and tastings on select Saturdays at our production facility in Plano. Consultations are $20 and include a tasting box of 12 Cake Bites. For orders placed over $500, the cost of the consultation is deducted. Our appointments book quickly, so contact us to schedule your consultation today!
How far in advance should I book my wedding/event?
As early as possible! In order to give each wedding and large event the attention to detail we're known for, we limit the number of events we book each week. Weddings typically book at least 6 months in advance, but it's not unheard of for us to be booked over a year in advance for popular dates.
How many Cake Bites will I need for my wedding/event?
We suggest ordering 2 - 3 Cake Bites per guest.
Nationwide Shipping
Do you ship?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping on most of our products including our most popular collections of Cake Bites and Cake Pops.
How far in advance should I place my order? Is there a minimum order?
If you need an order delivered by a certain date, we recommend placing your order 2 weeks in advance to ensure that your order arrives on time. For orders delivered via FedEx Ground, we ship only Mondays - Wednesdays to prevent your order from sitting (and melting!) in a warehouse over the weekend. A minimum order of 1 dozen is required for shipping.
Do you ship in the summertime?
Yes. However, because of the heat, overnight/priority shipping and special packaging is required to prevent the Cake Bites from melting. As a result, there is an increase in shipping costs during the summer months.
Local Delivery
Do you deliver locally?
At this time we are not offering local deliveries. Deliveries may occur only upon prior agreement for weekly recurring orders.
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earlier, the better! For local delivery, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. For larger orders (6 dozen or more), we request at least 3 days notice. We can usually accommodate last minute orders if they are called in to (214)449-8747, but cannot guarantee that the flavors you want will be available.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
At this time we are not offering local residential deliveries.
